Actor, director and Partners Trustee Edward Norton urged Congress to take a leadership role in making green and affordable one and the same. Testifying on Capitol Hill on May 14, Norton encouraged lawmakers to put opportunities for low-income people at the forefront of the nation's response to the climate-change crisis.
